ABOUT LODRO RINZLER

Lodro has taught meditation for over 20 years in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition and travels frequently for his books, having spoken across the world at conferences, universities, and businesses as diverse as Google, Harvard University and the White House.

Lodro is based in the Hudson Valley of NY where he lives with his wife and their four-legged family of animals.
